Hail Jesus, You’re my King!

stary eyesWelcome Readers!

Here’s another song that came to me from the early days of my walk with Jesus.  It’s just as uplifting and encouraging as it was in the 1980’s!

Lyrics

Hail Jesus! You’re my King!
Your life frees me to sing
I will praise You all my days
You’re perfect in all Your ways

Hail Jesus! You’re my Lord!
I will obey Your word
I want to see Your kingdom come
Not my will but Yours be done

Glory, glory to the Lamb!
You will take us into the land
We will conquer in Your name
And proclaim that “Jesus reigns!”

Hail, hail! Lion of Judah!
How wonderful You are!
Hail, hail! Lion of Judah!
How powerful You are!

He’s the Lion in the Tribe of Judah
He’s the Root and the Offspring of David
He’s the Lily of the Valley
He’s the Bright and Morning Star

The Lion of Judah shall break every chain and give to us the victory again and again

Glorious summer sunset in Henderson, NY

These days, the windows of Heaven are opening more than ever before.  What do you need in your life?  The Psalmist says: I will lift up my eyes to the hills – from whence comes my help?  It comes from the Lord, maker of Heaven and earth! Look up; what’s in the news is not what you want to focus on, Heaven and God’s glory are!  Let’s agree for God’s will to be done on earth as it is in Heaven.  I pray for you with the Apostle Paul:

Ephesians 1:11-19

That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory,

may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him,

the eyes of your understanding being enlightened;

that you may know what is the hope of His calling,

what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the Saints,

and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe,

according to the working of His mighty power

(which raised Christ from the dead and seated Him in the heavenly places).

ALMOST forgot!  Week 2 in my study of Psalm 91 with Peggy Joyce Ruth:

“What is coming out of my mouth?”  Verse 2 says: “I will say of the Lord, ‘my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.’ ”  We MUST SAY from our mouth and our heart what we believe God will do.  We can trust in many things other than God and His Word and spend a lot of time and money preparing for troubles as the world does, or we can stand on His promises and speak those things which we don’t see yet as if they are already seen.  If we speak doubt, fear or curses, God doesn’t have anything to work with to bring good out of our situation!

I share these photos taken just a few hours ago; clouds I’ve never seen before showing Heaven come down in a mighty way around my house!
