Late September Musings

shanah tovahShanah Tovah! Welcome to Jewish New Year! Break out the apple slices and honey – dipping apples in honey one year in our church was enjoyed immensely-to celebrate a new year in God’s calendar . Did you know all the days of the week and months of the year on our Gregorian calendar were named in honor of Greek gods? We are in the year 2019, but September 30 (Feast of Trumpets/Rosh Hodesh) the Jewish calendar begins year 5780. That means the Jews count over 3,000 more years of history in the “common era” than we do (and go by 10 month years instead of 12). I guess I‘m brimming with interesting facts today!

cropped-win_20171016_16_10_40_proDr. Kevin Zadai’s videos are high on my YouTube watching again this week. He’s given me many new revelations. One is that Holy fire flows out from under God’s throne along with the river of life. I accepted a dose of Holy Spirit Fire Kevin was imparting, laying prostrate on my living room floor as I let it consume my flesh and fill me with more of Jesus. I  went to bed rejoicing in all that we have in Christ and got into the Psalms in my Tecarta TLV Bible on my phone. I began reading the Psalms of Ascent that the Pilgrims recited/sang on their way up to God’s holy mountain in Jerusalem. Yes, Psalm 122 (in the top photo) was one of them and I ended with Psalm 139, marveling again at the Lord’s intimate knowledge of me and His complete care for all that concerns me.

Speaking of night watches (Psalm 63:6, 119:148), I awoke at 3:18 AM. I began speaking/singing in unknown tongues, started declaring the truth that I am healed and reminding the devil where he’s headed. Prompted by the Spirit, I got out of bed (which I’ve hardly ever done during the night watches) and went and got my communion elements and brought them to the foot of my bed. After partaking of the elements, I re-sanctified my marriage bed, then sang deliverance and healing over both sides of the bed. I spoke life, healing and Shalem (restoration/restitution) over several other things concerning me and continued to sing praises in English and in other tongues until about 4:18 A.M. remembering and claiming:

Psalm 127:2 It is useless for you to work so hard from early morning until lat at night, anxiously working for food to eat; for God gives rest to his loved ones. TLV

hamoc sleep I settled in for sweet sleep and sweet dreams from Father God and awoke after 9 AM! Getting up, sensing I was taller than usual, I believe the scoliosis in my back is being straightened! I had a split lower lip Tuesday evening, but noticed it wasn’t there Wednesday evening! When I was prostrate yesterday afternoon, I had a little hitch in my left hip. I sensed the Spirit encouraging me into a plank position and felt my body coming into alignment and the hip pain disappeared…There’s truly healing in the name of Jesus! One of the things Kevin encouraged was to learn to be a good receiver. There’s things flowing from the throne constantly. I’m learning with his encouragement to reach out and take hold of what’s offered.img_20190808_143630452

Psalm 121:7-8 The LORD keeps you from all harm and watches over your life. The LORD keeps watch over you as you come and go, both now and forever. TLV

We truly serve a great God who is ever-present! May you experience more of His goodness this week as you press in for more. I pray your relationship increases and revelation comes through the Holy Spirit to encourage you. Ask Father God to open your books in heaven and to lead you in the good things He’s planned for you as per Jeremiah 29, Psalm 139 and Ephesians 2:10. Until next week, SHALOM!
