This is what I’m reading; not just this week, but all this year. I did the proofreading on this book in 2016 and determined to go through the whole book this year. I had read random passages, each hit the mark and blessed that day, so it was high time I got down to business!
This is a day that truly enlightened and comforted me:

I use a notebook and write out these Scriptures, sometimes using my NLT Bible on my phone to enhance my understanding. I also write out what the Lord said to Rose, then write my own thanks, confession, agreement, or whatever else I hear the Spirit saying. As you can see, this book has rose blossoms and petals on each page; all from photos Rose’s husband took for her.
As I relate, remember that I am a writer and godly muse, so not everyone is going to do all this writing. I expect to pass this book on to someone else when I’m finished and be able to look back at my journals [yes, journals; I’m on my second one] for later encouragement and deeper revelation from Holy Spirit. You may use the book and write in the margins, write personal reflections from it, or otherwise use this book. It would make an excellent ‘coffee table’ book!
Check out Olive Press Publisher. Cheryl Zehr is the publisher and I encourage you to read her story of how this publishing company came to be. It has been a pleasure to assist her with editing, proofreading and admin work the past few years. The website is: https://olivepresspublishers.com/

I leave you with a few Scriptures taken from the New Living Translation; NLT Bible to encourage and challenge.
2 Thessalonians 2:2 Don’t be so easily shaken or alarmed by those who say that the day of the Lord has already begun. Don’t believe them, even if they claim to have had a spiritual vision, a revelation, or a letter supposedly from us.
John 14:1 “Don’t let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and trust also in me [Jesus]”.
2 Corinthians 13:5 Examine yourselves to see if your faith is genuine. Test yourselves. Surely you know that Jesus Christ is among you; if not, you have failed the test of genuine faith.
My prayer is for all of my readers to come into the fullness of Christ, perfect in this perverse generation as Noah was in his. Trust in the Lord and do good and we shall possess the land that God has given us. Diligently seek Him and you will be at peace. Shalom my dear readers!
I just read your musings and scriptural views regarding “Petals for Rose.” I very much enjoy reading about how you come to know His Truth on your heart.
