Our Red Sea Moment!

Not looking to the mainline news at the moment, I’ve been viewing YouTube videos to hear what the prophets and those connected closely to Heaven are saying. This morning I listened to Sid Roth’s ISN Shocking Prophetic Timeline Reveals What’s Next: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pjI0K2hOuxg and also Elijah Stream, the YouTube version of the Elijah List.

Kat Kerr speaks with Steve Schultz on The Elijah Stream

Steve and Kat were sharing news outlets they recommend if you want genuine news. [forgive me, I’m not good at embedding things yet] They are:

So where does the Red Sea Moment come from? In Sid Roth’s video, he interviewed Robin & Robin Bullock. Mr. Robin shared that the Lord showed him how we are in a Moses time again. Events that have happened the past few years line up with what the Israelites and Egyptians went through including water turning to blood, locust plagues, first-born children killed… we are now at the Red Sea with no visible way back, no way forward. Hemmed in, we look for the mighty hand of God to show Himself strong on His children’s behalf. As when Moses held up his staff when God told him to and the waters began piling up, we need to hold up the banner/staff of praise and petition to God. It’s not time to give up or give in yet! Our God shall yet show Himself faithful as we press in and wait on His perfect timing.

Another Bible passage the Spirit is highlighting: 1 Kings chapter 1. King David was dying and son Adonijah was maneuvering himself to become king, but they crowned Solomon king before the usurper [Adonijah] could complete his mission. This election is not simply Republicans VS Democrats; it’s God’s plan or the evil one’s. As when King Solomon ascended the throne, Father God wants to show mercy to our nation and Christians in nations around the world so we can bring in the harvest.

John chapter 10 is another portion of Scripture aligned with our situation. Jesus is the True Shepherd

10 “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who does not enter the sheepfold by the door, but climbs up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber. But he who enters by the door is the shepherd of the sheep. To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice; and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. And when he brings out his own sheep, he goes before them; and the sheep follow him, for they know his voice. Yet they will by no means follow a stranger, but will flee from him, for they do not know the voice of strangers.”

If you follow along in John 10, Jesus is the Good Shepherd who says:

10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.

Amish Vows (5 Book Series)

The book I read this week was a departure from my current reading. I read Amish Renegade by Rose Doss. It’s been some time since I’ve read an Amish romance, and this is my first of Rose’s books.

Petulant Katie is the daughter of a Mom who joined the Amish as a 20-something. We come into the story when Katie’s husband has died and left her with his daughter from his first marriage, then Katie’s parent’s, whom she’s been living with since becoming a widow, both die in a carriage accident. Will her uncle respond to her letter asking to take her and her daughter in? Will she be forced to marry the Bishop’s son who is too young? Or… will she and Enoch Miller reconcile their differences from earlier years of courting and join together in marriage? Will she have a baby after being married four years to her first husband with none? Will the church accept her desire to be more than a homemaker?

Not quite a traditional Amish romance, but really drew me into the Mannheim, Pennsylvania, Amish community. I am already on chapter three in Amish Princess, the next book in the series. In this book, the Amish Princess is interacting with Enoch’s younger brother, which is infuriating her aunt and uncle whom her parents sent her to stay with after her intended up and left the Amish for the Englischer world. A bit of a diversion from the things going on around me and good study in human nature, which may help in future counseling.

As I end this post, I remind you: do not castigate the prophets; they said it would not be an easy fight; that there would be fraud uncovered and justice done before our President Donald J. Trump is affirmed. Be patient and let all this play out. Remember, patient waiting on the Lord is not passive! Repent and declare God’s will be done on earth as it’s written in heaven. May we join the Lord in bringing Shalom to those around us. Have a great week walking in the Spirit, dear friends! Remember, righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit are our portion in Christ Jesus.
