From: 1440 Daily Digest, 4:45a.m., June 11, 2026 According to a study published in Nature Communications on Wednesday… “Scientists Just Accidentally Discovered a Strange, Hidden Rule of Human Nature”

“Researchers report a ‘serendipitous’ discovery while watching videos of crowds: an inexplicable bias toward counter clockwise turning that may be rooted in biology.”
1440 news:
We Are Not Ambiturers
“Humans consistently show a preference toward moving counterclockwise, a study published yesterday reveals. The phenomenon is not yet understood but holds true across variations in environment, age, gender, culture, and handedness.” [Highlight by Heidi]
Let’s connect this with the Word of God.

Colossians 3:1-4 NKJV
Not Carnality but Christ
If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God. 2 Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth. 3 For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.
Interesting how science and anthropology are unveiling and uncovering things of God rapidly in these days. The Spirit prompted me to connect this scientific finding with these verses.
Think about Jesus being seated at the right hand of the Father, then how we are seated with Christ, at the right hand of Father God.
Which way do we turn towards Father from this position? Counterclockwise! We all began as spirits inside the heart of God before being implanted in our mother’s womb. Apparently, Counterclockwise movement is part of all of creation’s innate homing device to return to our Heavenly Father.
God’s original plan?

who passed on to glory a few months ago.
In the original plan, men and women were made as complimentary beings. Competition came with original sin and our fallen nature. So, what was the original intent? Let’s go back to the beginning.
Genesis 1:27 So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them… 2:18 And the LORD God said, “It is not good that man should be alone; I will make him a helper comparable to him.”
Genesis 2:20… for Adam there was not found a helper comparable to him.
21 And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall on Adam, and he slept; and He took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh in its place. 22 Then the rib which the LORD God had taken from man He made into a woman, and He brought her to the man.
23 And Adam said:
“This is now bone of my bones
And flesh of my flesh;
She shall be called Woman,
Because she was taken out of Man.”

Woman = man with a womb. Science finds that the male and female reproductive parts are reverse images, the male parts outward, female parts inward.
I believe that God is neither male nor female, but both male and female, in harmony, in one being. When He created male and female, taking parts from Himself, we were not meant to be in competition, but to complement each other.
This quote from Jeannette Rankin was at the end of 1440 News. I think it goes well for finishing these thoughts:
Men and women are like right and left hands; it doesn’t make sense not to use both. – Jeannette Rankin, quoted in 1440 News
Action?
So, what can we each do to bridge the gap between us? The Bible says:
Galatians 3:27-28 For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. 28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.
We must repent from believing human wisdom, male/female, man/woman battling for position. We must learn true humility that prefers others over ourselves, as Jesus continually demonstrates for us.

gifts and abilities,
and two are better than one!
